The main ingredients in chocolate are cocoa beans and cocoa butter. Milk powder, condensed milk and sugar are also included. The ingredients vairy from white chocolate to milk chocolate to dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is made mainly from cocoa solids aand has hardly any sugar. White chocolate has a lot of sugar and also contains butter and milk whereas milk chocolate is a bit of both. About 40% is pure cocoa solids, sugar and products of milk are added aswell.
